What browsers and mobile devices are myQNAPcloud SSL certificate compatible with?
The following browsers and devices are compatible with our SSL certificates.
Browsers:
Internet Explorer 7+ (with Windows XP SP3+)
Firefox 3+
Chrome 26+
Opera 9.5+
Safari 5+ (OS X 10.6+)
Mobile devices:
iOS 6+
Android 4.0+
Windows Phone 7+
If you use an older browser, you may receive a warning that the root certificate is not trusted. If that happens, simply install the root certificate (note: The installation process will be different for each browser.) You can also download the root certificate directly from the Repository.
