Can I get a refund for SSL certificates?

There will be NO refunds for any reason if the certificate meets the defined specification. Please ensure that you understand the "Terms & Conditions" before ordering. Click here for more information.

If the certificate does not work as intended, you may request to cancel the license and refund fees within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. However, you will NOT be eligible for refund in the following conditions:
1. Your request for refund is issued after fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
2. You do not release the Device Certificate.
3. Your myQNAPcloud service is suspended due to security reasons.

To cancel your SSL certificate and receive a refund:
1. Release your certificate from your QTS Device (click here for how to)
2. Submit your request at QNAP helpdesk with the following information: myQNAPcloud user ID (your registered email), purchase date, invoice ID, and refund reason. It takes time to process your refund requests, because we must ensure that all technical issues have been clarified and the request comes from the correct person.
