Can QNAP intercept my data using the myQNAPcloud SSL certificate?
No. Your connection is directly set up between your web browser and your NAS, and QNAP is not made aware of your connection. Also, the myQNAPcloud SSL certificate contains the public key used to encrypt the data, and only your NAS can decrypt the data, as the corresponding private key is generated and kept on your NAS.
