Do I still need 2-Step Verification if I have a strong account password?
2-Step Verification provides an extra layer of security for your account so that even if someone stole your account password, they would also need to steal your phone or hacked into your email account in order to access your QNAP ID Unfortunately, even a strong password can be guessed or uncovered - especially if you are using the same password on multiple sites.
