Can I access my NAS after receiving an email about an inactive myQNAPcloud device?

A device becomes inactive if it does not send information to myQNAPcloud for more than 180 days. Ensure that your device is always connected to the Internet and up to date. Periodically check the system event logs and myQNAPcloud status on the device, and the device update time on myQNAPcloud.
When a device is unregistered from myQNAPcloud, the device name becomes available to other users but the QNAP ID remains reserved.
