Why am I unable to use my phone number as my QNAP ID when logging on to my NAS or QNAP mobile apps?
On NAS devices, you must first install QTS 4.3.4 or later before you can start using your phone number as your QNAP ID.
On mobile devices, you still need to use your email address.
