Why am I unable to connect to my device after I enter my Cloud Key?
1. Check that your device has finished booting and is connected to the Internet.
2. If your device has been idle for a while in the initialization mode, it must be restarted to allow Cloud Installation.
3. Check whether your device is in the initialization mode (Cloud Installation only works in this mode). If your device has already been initialized, we recommend using the "Restore to Factory Settings" option in the "Backup/Restore" section in "Control Panel".
