Why is the myQNAPcloud Link connection status displayed as Disconnected/Abnormal?

Disconnected: Your Turbo NAS cannot reach the Internet. Try resetting your router or contacting your Internet service provider. Abnormal: Check your Turbo NAS logs for more detailed information. You can try to recover the connection by pressing the Reconnect button. For further assistance, send a debug report to the myQNAPcloud support team by clicking the information icon in the top right corner of the myQNAPcloud Link App window.
