What does it mean if there is an exclamation mark next to the “Auto Router Configuration” tab?
It means there is no UPnP router found on the network of your QNAP device. You can take the following steps to investigate this issue:
1) Ensure that the network settings of your QNAP device are properly configured.
2) Confirm that your router supports UPnP and its UPnP function has been turned on.
3) Make sure the default gateway of your QNAP device is configured to the network interface that can connect to your router.
4) Restart your router and press the [Rescan] button on the Auto Router Configuration page.
