What should I do if "My DDNS/myQNAPcloud Portal" displays an error message, such as “Http:8080 failed, 80 Failed/Https:443 Failed, or 8081 Failed”?

It means some or all of your web access to your QNAP device cannot work. You may take the following steps:
1) Ensure that "Auto Router Configuration" of your QNAP device works.
2) Make sure your manual port forwarding settings in your router are properly configured. You may also restart your router and check again.
3) Check that the service of your administration web UI and application web server are enabled.
4) Ensure that your router is connected to the Internet without having another "NAT router" as its gateway.
5) Make sure your network administrator or your Internet service provider does not block those ports
