Why can't I use my previous device name to register for myQNAPcloud after I restored my QNAP device to default settings?

Even though your myQNAPcloud configuration files will be erased after restoring to default settings, myQNAPcloud still keeps a record of your device in our cloud service. Once you unregister your device on the myQNAPcloud website, you will be able to reuse a previous device name for your QNAP device.
