myQNAPcloud's Publish Services will be turned off on January 29, 2021 to increase security.
Publish Services is one of the features of myQNAPcloud. To enhance the security of your network services, it will be turned off on January 29, 2021.
Publish Services is not being permanently removed. If needed, it can be re-enabled within the NAS OS.
Disabling Publish Services prevents anonymous browsing of device names in the myQNAPcloud portal and viewing published service endpoints.
If you plan to re-enable Publish Services, we recommend that you set your device's Access Control mode to "Customized". For more information about access modes, please visit: What do the access modes for my device mean?
To re-enable Publish Services, click the Diagnose icon located in the myQNAPcloud overview.
