How do I turn browser notifications on or off from my computer?
To turn browser notifications on/off:
1. Open the browser and login to the myQNAPcloud website
2. Click "Notifications" in the left menu
3. Switch to "Settings" tab
4. Under This Browser, use the switch button to control browser notifications
Only Google Chrome and Apple Safari on Mavericks (v10.9) currently support browser notifications. Mozilla Firefox is working on supporting browser notifications and will be released soon. Until then you cannot enable browser notifications on Firefox.
If you encounter issues receiving browser notifications, clear the browsing data and cookies, and reopen your browser.
You will not receive notifications when browsing in incognito mode.
