What if a trusted computer/device is lost or stolen?

If a trusted computer or device is lost or stolen, then you should immediately login to your QNAP ID from another computer, go to "Security", then go to the "Trusted Computers" tab. Find the appropriate device and "Untrust" it. This will ensure that entering a verification code will be required the next time someone tries to login to your account from that device.
